Qualifying Leads Without Wasting a Week

Ask ten sales leaders about fast lead qualification and you'll get ten different answers, most of them contradictory. That's because it's usually taught as folklore rather than a process. Here we'll strip it back to first principles: what problem it actually solves, what the moving parts are, and how to set it up once so it keeps paying off.

Measure a few things, not everything
