Our story
TropoCRM started in 2018 with a frustration shared by our founders: the CRMs on the market were either too expensive and bloated for growing teams, or too bare-bones to be useful. They'd spent years watching small businesses either overpay for features they'd never use or cobble together spreadsheets that fell apart the moment the team grew.
So they set out to build something different — a CRM that was powerful enough for a scaling sales org but simple enough that a solo founder could set it up over a coffee. No implementation consultants, no six-month rollouts, no per-seat pricing that punishes you for adding your teammates.
Today, TropoCRM helps more than ten thousand businesses across dozens of industries manage their customer relationships. We're still independent, still obsessed with the customer experience, and still building the CRM we wish we'd had all along.
